Who we are

Energex International L.L.C. supplies lighting and electrical solutions across the UAE. Our office is at G15, SKY Business Center, Al Badia, Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE. For anything related to your information, email info@energex.ae.

What we collect

• Account details – your name, company, email address, phone number and city when you create an account.
• Quote requests – the products and quantities you add to your quote basket and any project notes you share.
• Messages – what you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Technical information – basic data your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address and device type, which our hosting keeps in standard server logs.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quotations and follow up on them.
• To manage your account and your quote request history.
• To reply to your enquiries and arrange delivery of your order.
• To keep the business records required under UAE law, including tax records.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

Who we share it with

We only share information where it is needed to serve you:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website hosting, email and accounting systems.
• Delivery partners, when an order needs to reach your site.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your quotations

Quote requests and quotations are private. You can only see them when you are signed in to your own account, and only our team can see them otherwise. They are never shown to other customers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering what is in your quote basket. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. Quotation, order and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Keeping it safe

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, access to customer information is limited to our team, and quotation files are stored privately rather than in public folders.

Your choices

You can update your details at any time from My account. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or close your account and delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. Email info@energex.ae and we will take care of it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
